Tampa Bay Real Estate  has grown dramatically in the last 20 years.  Development has been fast and furious and prices have steadily increased.  Real Estate values have remained constant and while low income homes are becoming harder and harder to find, affordable homes are plentiful.

Our average temperature is roughly 70 degrees.  Surely in the summer months we see a lot of 90s but once you live here a full year you adjust to it.  Most people adjust so well that they don't like the 40 and 50 degree temps we can sometimes get in the winter months.  Everything "everywhere" is air conditioned so there's no need to be warm unless you want to.  Speaking of warm, our water temperature at our beautiful beaches can reach 89 degrees in August and September.  Most of the time though the water remains a comfortable 80 - 85 degrees.
